How It Runs.
- Distance — 100 miles. View the route
- Goal — Sub-4 (under 4:00, under 3:50, and under 3:40)
- Start — mass start (elite-controlled)
- Finish — verified time standard
This is a team-speed environment: smooth pulls, predictable lines, and respect for the rotation.
Experienced Riders Only.
To keep the group safe and fast, this event is for experienced riders only.
Recommended Minimums
- Comfortable riding in a paceline at 25+ mph
- Confident bike handling and steady line discipline
- Able to hold a high tempo for long durations
Mandatory
- Helmet
- Road-worthy bike in excellent condition (TT bikes welcome)
- Spare tube / CO₂ or inflator
- Front/rear lights encouraged
One Stop. Five Minutes.
There will be one planned SAG stop (quick in/out), 5–7 minutes, for:
- Bottle refill / nutrition top-off
- Minor mechanical help
- Regroup (briefly)
This is designed to keep the effort continuous — not a long rest break.

Meet 6:00 AM · rolling 6:40 AM · Sub 4 ride starts ~7:00 AM.

- Yes — it's a structured paceline event.
- What happens if I get dropped?
- There's a SAG pickup for emergencies; otherwise it's open-road rules if you're dropped.
